Boston Opera Collaborative announces auditions for Alcina and 2nd Annual Gala
BOC will be holding auditions for MEN ONLY to fill roles in their spring production of Handel's Alcina (February) and their 2nd Annual Gala in April 2009. The Gala will feature the best of Italian opera and a performance of Rossini's La cambiale di matrimonio. The production of Alcina is scheduled to be performed with orchestra.
Auditions will be held September 23, 24 and 26 at New England Conservatory. Auditions are scheduled from 7-10pm. There is a $20 audition fee for all non-BOC members. Please bring 3 selections. Singers are encouraged to bring Handel and bel canto arias but it is not required. Please have your current resume and headshot available at the audition.
