Erica Bates, BOC’s Executive Director, served as the Production Chair from 2007-09 and as a Board Member-at-Large from 2009-10. Ms. Bates has sung roles including Cobweb {A Midsummer Night’s Dream} with The Boston Conservatory (TBC), Second Woman {Dido and Aeneas} and L’horloge/Le Chat {L’enfant et les sortileges} with the Intermezzo Young Artist Program, Sandman {Hansel and Gretel}, Susanna {The Countess of Seville}, and Papagena {The Magic Flute} with BOC. She will be performing the role of Mrs. Segstrom in BOC’s upcoming production of Stephen Sonheim’s {A Little Night Music}. She has also sung in productions with Riverside Theatre Works, Opera Hub, and Lake George Opera.
