Opera Bites is back!
Join us for another fabulous evening of opera and revelry in a cabaret style setting, featuring eight short works — including six brand new commissions and world-premieres!
Developed in partnership with Longy, the evening includes works by composers Jonathan Bailey Holland, Tom Cipullo, Daniela DeMatos*, John Greer, Eva Kendrick*, Rhiannon Randle, Tony Solitro* and Jeremy Van Buskirk*.
Enjoy a delicious program of bite-sized opera — performed in English with piano accompaniment — along with festive food and drink!

Boston Midsummer Opera.
Seagle Music Colony where he performed the roles of the doctor in Loesser’s The Most Happy Fella and premiered the role of O.B. Conway in Evan Mack’s Roscoe. He will be a Young Artist for the spring and summer season for Des Moines Metro Opera. Dustin received his master’s degree in vocal performance from the New England Conservatory, and studies with Michael
operatic roles from Baroque to contemporary. Festivals include the Opera Theater of Pittsburgh, American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) in Graz, Austria, CoOPERAtive in
Princeton, New Jersey, and Oberlin in Italy in Arezzo, Italy.
Stage Directors & Assistant Directors
training. Greg was co-founder and artistic director of 15 HEAD, a critically acclaimed experimental theater company in Minneapolis and served as managing director of Theatre for Young America in Kansas City, a professional theater for children. Greg served for seven years on the faculty of the New England Conservatory and is currently a faculty member of the American Institute for Musical Studies in Austria.
Syracuse Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Seagle Music Colony, Boston Lyric Opera, Central City Opera, Opera Boston, Ashlawn Opera Festival, and American Opera Project. Weinmann has served on the faculties of both the Boston Conservatory and the New England Conservatory and is guest director for Utah Opera’s Young Artist Program.
